About Fred Stewart

As a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, I specialize in real estate consulting, listings, and sales throughout Georgia’s suburban and rural markets. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have participated in more than a billion dollars in residential and portfolio transactions.

My background includes extensive work in real estate sales and listings, as well as mortgage brokerage services in the Greater Atlanta area and entire state of Georgia. I also served as Vice President of Asset-Based Lending in the credit union industry. At Fannie Mae’s Atlanta office, I held multiple roles spanning business development, sales, marketing, underwriting, and negotiated transactions for portfolio acquisitions. Additionally, I served as a consultant to Fannie Mae’s Washington, D.C. office as an approved Value-Added Provider of Services.
